I wish I had filmed the whole garage door installation so I could show everybody what an incredible job Sean did in an impossible situation! When I bought my house the garage door was broken and rotted all the way through on both sides. You had to be an extreme weightlifter to be able to open the door, and forget about closing it! The door always got lodged against the crooked side walls, requiring you to jump up about 4’ and jump on top of it with a good body slam. Not a pretty look for a 69-year old woman!
Sean arrived with a great attitude on a very cold, grey, slushy day (aka Seattle). His trainee had to leave and he stayed for many hours afterwards to make sure it worked just right. He had to do a lot of jerry-rigging and caulking and he did it with care and pride.
Because of the pandemic, the supply chain logjam, and well, 2020 —I had to wait six months before this could be scheduled and it was really, really worth it!
