I want to compliment Ben Bahr on his professionalism and clarity of communication. He was able to propose a solution that another garage repair company did not know or have. He was able to in a timely fashion make the correction. It was for the bottom seal-for a Genie Door, so he had to be creative and adapt solution. The original bid was $650 for the company that could not fix it, and Precision Doors provided the service-field visit, parts and labor for $400.
