Sean was pleasant, polite, professional. Seems like he did a fairly good job with the install, though the first time I opened the door when I tried it after he had left, a piece fell down to the floor when the door was 1/2 way up. A piece that seems like it either ought to be attached to the door itself or to the tracks at the base where the door closes. Also, Sean told me he would leave the vault release key for me in a particular location and it was not there, so someone will need to come back to deliver the vault release key to me. Lastly, the previous technician who came out and did a repair (Carl) assured me that he could knock 300-400 dollars off the price of the new door and install. This was not accounted for on the initial invoice/down payment with Carl or with the final invoice today with Sean. In between the repair and the replacement I contacted Precision to be sure that the discount would be included, they insured me that it would, but when Sean rang me up today the discount wasn't there and Sean knew nothing about it. I called Precision today and spoke to someone who told me they would speak with their manager to make sure I get refunded for the discount amount and that they would leave me a voicemail in the afternoon to confirm. It's now the evening and I have received neither the discount nor a voicemail with an update. Both Carl and Sean were nice, pleasant, professional, but as an organization I've been pretty disappointed in Precision and this leaves much to be desired.
