Whoa, it sounded like a shotgun went off in my garage! Come to find out the springs on my garage door had snapped from old age and needed to be replaced. A friend recommended Precision as they had used them in the recent past and had been pleased with the service. I gave them a call and I'm glad I did. Knowing that the door would not open without the springs, Justin Walker at Precision made time in his schedule to come out to my house by 12:30 on that same day. He explained what needed to be done, let me know that replacing both springs was the better way to go since the other one would likely snap in the near future, and was able to get the job done in about 40 minutes. My door is now back up and running, I have a warranty on the springs and installation, and all at what I would consider a reasonable price for Mr. Walker's professional service. I will certainly recommend Precision and Justin Walker to others in the future.
