We had new doors and openers installed recently and everything worked great except for the Wireless Keyless Entry pad. It worked OK after initial installation, but while attempting to personalize the PINs using the owner's manual, I realized the programming wasn't working the way it was supposed to. After trying again over a number of days I gave up and called for Precision service assistance.
Ben Bahr made it out the same day and experienced similar programming difficulties, (exonerating me from "operator error" causality). Luckily, he had several spare key pads available and finally got one to work for both of us. Great customer service, great door operation and a happy customer knowing that Precision has my back.
