Sean was pleasant, on-time, and when there were issues he was responsive and took care of them quickly. That being said, I've had a string of issues with this whole process with Precision. For one, the first tech (Carl) that came out to do a repair did a valiant repair job but offered us a $300-400 discount on a new garage door that somehow was not applied and was not communicated to us. I called customer service multiple times who assured me they would apply the discount only to not follow through on it and again not notify me. After speaking with a manager, I later spoke to Carl again who said he was mistaken and could not offer me the discount after all. He offered me a new discount, but it was less than 50% of the original. Carl also left our garage door open when he left after the repair-- not a good look when we live in the city and have several bicycles in the garage. Lastly, Sean the installation tech forgot or for some other reason did not install a vault release after we had specifically discussed doing so, did not communicate to me that he hadn't installed it, and also a piece of the door came crashing down the first time I opened the door on my own. He came back out two business days later and fixed everything, but... yeah. In the end, the door looks great and works a lot better than our old one, but there were a lot of disappointments and frustrations along the way-- most of all the significant discount that was offered at time of purchase and then not followed through on.
