Christopher Tiffany was my technician. He was on time and listened to my issue.He knew right away what the issue was which was my door would not go up.
Said the spring was broken and needed replaced. Also my rollers and a surge protector was needed. Explained everything and got the job done in record time. Appreciated his professionalism and sense of urgency. Recommend this retailer as they responded quickly and am much satisfied.

We ordered tuneups for two doors. Both outside pin pads lost their sync when we tried them later the same day. I text messaged the company and the technician promptly called me back to say they don't touch those or interact with them. you can see in the attached photo, the yellow learn button is less than a finger's width from the up down door adjustment controls. He also suggested changing the batteries. But two batteries at the same time? If I understood correctly the customer is left to either figure out how to sync the pin pads or pay for a service call. (We will do it ourselves.) I also wish there was an option for less expensive door rollers. Their premier, top of the line, powder coated springs are more expensive than any I could find online.
Otherwise the technician was very professional and did a nice job adjustingt the doors.

Dakota Walsh explained and showed me what the problem was and what needed to be done. He showed me that the rollers needed to be replaced and installed a surge protector to protect my unit. The reason I call for service, was that my door would not work all of the time, even though I replaced the battery on the keypad. Dakota checked out the keypads and verified they were working right and noted that the beam lights were not mounted corectly, and once they were allined the opener work just fine, and by adding the new rollers and lubrication of all moving parts the door open and closed very quietly and smothly. I will use your company any time I need service and if Dakota is available I would request him to do the work.
