My garage door went out of business on Sat. The Precision Garage team had someone queued up early Sunday morning. Justin Pinkerton gave me a call and arrived exactly when he said he would. Justin performed his inspection and identified the issue right away. He explained the issue in away that allowed me to understand the root cause of the issue. We proceeded with the repairs and no "other" issues popped up as I experienced with other companies. Justin was quick and professional. I HIGHLY recommend you call this team first.

The Service Tech arrived on time and was very friendly. He and his trainee immediately went to worked on the doors. When it was determined that the opener had to be replaced, they covered the replacement under the lifetime guarntee...NO issues!

I had a great experience. They had all the parts on hand. I had a very large garage door (16 feet duble pain glass over 350lbs) he was able to find the right spring for my garage. Theyhad to call in for the 2nd spring and his team showed up in minutes and was able to finish the work right away. Now my garage door opens better than it did before.
