He even worked around a difficult spacing problem in my garage. He also stayed late to help me get connected to the MyQ app for remote control of the new garage door, as well as setting up my car’s internal system.

Nathan Redding from Precision Garage Door Service repaired our springs, rollers and tracks. Our garage door came off the track and was twisted and couldn’t shut. Nathan communicated in detail what the issues were and walked us through the whole process and let us know the costs for the repairs. My garage door quit working this afternoon. I went to our mailbox and saw Justin's truck parked in a neighbor's driveway. I asked him if he could help me. He said yes. Within a couple hours, he made the necessary repair and I was up and running! Great service!

Our nearly 30 y.o. basic model garage door opener was increasingly malfunctioning. Taylor Gleave arrived less than two hours after my call and did a thorough inspection. He explained clearly what parts definitely needed replacing and why it would be most cost-effective to replace the door opener itself as well. He gave me a detailed cost estimate, which was competitive, and explained warranties and discounts. Taylor also gave me the cost of a new door, to be complete, but mentioned that the garage door itself was in great shape and replacing it was unnecessary. He then did the replacement and installation very professionally and in less than two hours, afterwards going over the manual and explaining the hardware thoroughly. He was also cheerful throughout. We are very happy with the new garage door opener.
