Bryson Kahue adjusted the support rails for the garage door that was installed at my home on 25 APR 22. He properly assessed the problem and immediately made the necessary adjustments to the noise that developed a week after the initial installation.
He was early to the appointment and was professional in his representation of his company.

Kyle Dye was right on time and took time to review the issues that we had with the existing garage door. He presented an estimate which we accepted.
The main issue was the fear the garage door would not work and was so noisy that it sounded like it was coming off the tracks. He found the issue and immediately corrected our first fear of the sounds coming from the door. He did not suggest changing the rollers on the door although he was questioned about that. He said the rollers were fine and did not try to upsell us.
We did buy a new garage door opener with a battery backup. We live in a place where the electricity commonly goes out. As we are senior citizens, physically raising an insulated double door is a chore. We were happy to learn about the battery backup.
Lastly, Kyle was friendly, respectful and understanding.

This place is a total rip off! I was told I’d be charged $90 for lube, inspection and spring calibration when I set up an appointment, but when the technician arrived (1.5 hours after the specified window), I was told the $90 was actually to just get the technician down there for an inspection. I had to pay $300 for a simple fix. The technician happened to be considerate, but I’d think twice from here on about working with this entity.

He was finished in less than an hour. Finally he made sure I knew how to open the garage door in case of a power outage, which was invaluable to me. (He was also very tolerant of my boisterous dog!)

Jeff was very nice. You could tell he was very detailed oriented. Unfortunately, the main reason for the service call was not completed as Jeff did not have the parts needed to adjust the rails on the 8x7 garage door that was only temporarily installed by Precession Door by Mike and Chris. Full install was never completed, but paid for.
Jeff did take notes on what parts he would need to properly install the garage door that was purchased per Invoice #52718605.
Now I am waiting for a lead time on parts so the work can complete. Can't really give an accurate review until the job is done.
