3/23 Estimator performed site walk through with our portfolio manager. Bellwether Housing office is located on the bottom floor of our residential building, each with their own front entrance and separate garages.
Motorized security shutter and astragal for office front entrance, astragal on residential entrance, both alley doors, and courtyard entrance were included in the estimate. (5 total)
7/28 Technicians came to the property. It was only after the security shutter was installed that we were made aware that it would not be operational until we have electricity routed. There was no mention of this during the site walk or on the estimate.
Furthermore, NONE of the astragals were installed. The site manager provided building access to the technicians; they looked at the doors and then they left. There was no review of work done, zero communication. The next day I received a paid invoice receipt email.
Could you please explain what is going on here?
