We decided to have Carl not only replace the broken springs but to update all of the fittings. The door opener is over fifteen years old so updating was a good decision. The door (wooden and insulated so heavy) is so much quieter now. Carl is very professional. He was on time, very respectful of our property and was efficient as he finished in less than an hour.
