First off, I made my appointment on their web site for 4-6pm the following day.... nobody showed-up. I called the office and they can't see my appointment anywhere, even though they e-mailed me a confirmation e-mail stating the appt was confirmed. So while talking to the lady on the phone I make another appt for two days later, at what time the guy showed-up. He fixed/ replaced my broken spring(s) and left me with a 3 year warranty. He did the job in a timely manner. I thought a job like this would cost between $350-$400 with parts and labor. It ended-up being just over $550 for everything. Not sure if this price is high or average, but it was higher than I was expecting. It is what it is, my garage door works now and I guess that is the main thing.
