Kyle and Jeff showed up and provided quality service and drop tested the three kitchen roll doors with skill and knowledge. They evaluated the discrepancies and made recommendations for further investigation into the causes and possible corrections. Kyle and Jeff exuded integrity and great customer service skills. Both were knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure to have on site to perform these tests. All three doors were returned to their original positions and the fusible links reattached at the completion of testing.

Service was good. The tech did a great job. Thank you for your service. I was not happy that I couldn’t get a printed receipt, and I couldn’t get a printed or email receipt for the down payment I made for my new doors, over $2500, down payment. I had to take a screen shot of his tablet. Not how I like to do business when making a major investment in home. This doesn’t seem like a professional way to conduct business.
