Antonio came out to give me an estimate on my garage door repair. He was very courteous and knew right off the bat what the problem was with the door not opening. He explained everything in detail and showed me my options for what work I would need to have done. He was very thorough.

I reached out to them to diagnose and fix an issue with my garage door opener. The technician who came into my house couldn't diagnose the issue and he told me to get in touch again if the issue happens within 90 days (within their warranty period).
I contacted them and they mentioned that they do not provide a 90 day warranty as no work was done. I have been misled and lied to and lost my money as well.
I strongly recommend not to go with this company.

Ben was pretty good. Obviously the reason why someone had to comeback was to redo and correct the work done prior. Spending $1.2k to upgrade the door was expensive. Im glade that you guaranteed the work and corrected the mistakes.

The techician Christopher Tiffany was super nice and very helpful with the options he provided me for repair. Also he was supposed to be here between 12-2pm and he was ahead of schedule and called me at 11:08am and said he could be to my house in 6 minutes!! Better yet and worked perfectly for my schedule. He finished the job in no time flat. I'd use him again if I have a choice of technicians!! Nice job!!
