Very, very pleased! Called them on a Saturday, and they were able to come the very next day (Mother’s Day). Asked if I wanted a 8am appointment but I opted for the noon appointment. Anyway, my old style wood, double door, heavy (manual) garage door was giving me and my wife fits. It was hard to pull up, and almost as hard to pull down. It would sometimes even get stuck. I called these guys, they came out and took care of the problem. They swapped out roller thingies, did some adjusting, and maybe something else, and Wala. My wife can now pull the garbage door up and down with one hand very easily. It’s hard to believe that something that you to feel like 100 pounds, now feels like less than 5. Didn’t mean to ramble on like this, but l was that shocked, and this happy. I feel kinda stupid waiting so long. I will in the future have them add a garage opener, but I’m enjoying the easy pleasure I’m having now.
