He got here and got out of his car and didn’t say anything for the first 10 minutes just kept punching buttons on his iPad and walked around looking at stuff, never a word to us , no hi how’s it going, nothing, then he finally quoted us a really high price to fix. We had him do the new double spring so he put a new one on and we paid him and he left, NEVER EVEN TRIED THE DOOR. We have had to push the button 4 times to get it to close, not working correctly VERY disappointed
