Chasen was super professional. He showed up on time, helped answer all my questions, provided a few different options, and walked through reprogramming my door. A 2 or 3 neighbors walked by asking if he could swing by their places to help with their doors, he happily said he would be right on over. I also really appreciated that he was masked up and maintained socially distancing as best as possible. Also I really appreciate everything Precision has done and the processes put in place for Covid. The email and text reminders were very helpful. I appreciated that Chasen’s photo was included in the email introducing him in my appointment reminder. And I was impressed when Chasen told me that you have a tracker so I could have seen where his truck is. Overall I would recommend him again for any other garage jobs.

From the onset Precision Door Service was excellent. From the salesperson explaining the options and providing us with three (3) options that fit what we wanted. We choose the very best. Production was timely and when the doors arrived Precision Door Service worked with our ongoing remodel schedule to accommodate an install date that would work for all parties. The install technician made contact on the day of install arrived on time and completed the install in a very professional and timely manner. He made certain all remotes were programed and answered any questions regarding the operation and service of the product.
