Karlou & his young protege, analyzed my remote problem, fixed it & advised me I could still use the 22yr+old unit for some time. I appreciated his advice & decided it was within my budget to replace the old unit, give myself peace-of-mind (& a LOT less noise) & have a new Marantec Synergy 260 installed. The weather was perfect, I could cross off a piece of equipment that would be nearing the end of it's utility to me & function better in & around my garage.
