Solid organization. In May, I ordered a new door; the manufacturer sent the wrong door. Unfortunately my spring broke which should have already been replaced. When I contacted Precision Door, they notified me they would fix the spring at no cost. Excellent customer service! Nov. 09, 2021; Today's Tech was Carl Richardson and he was GREAT! Carl was able to locate the issue quickly and explain our options for repair. His knowledge of the products and ability to present them in a way that was easy to comprehend made the decision to replace the drive vary easy. Carl proceeded to remove the broken drive and install a new one in record time. When finished, he walked us through the proper use and care of the new drive and even helped reprogram the car's remote.
I am very pleased with Carl's work here today and would recommend him (as well as Nathan) and Precision to my neighbors and other acquaintances.
