Drew was prompt, gave me a quote upfront and also let me know the easy fix for my garage door code box (I didn’t realize it wasn’t hardwired, had a battery pack). Doh! Otherwise, he replaced a cracked sensor, made sure the door was tuned up and fixed some minor issues. All in all, good job.

JP came the same day I requested service. He explained my options for spring replacement and gave me the prices. The springs were not available that day, so another appointment was scheduled for three days later. He replaced both springs and the bearings. He knew what he was doing, so it was pretty quick. I was very satisfied with the service. JP was professional and answered any questions I had. I would recommend Precision.
