Best Service I have ever had. 1) Called ahead to see if I was available early and was, so got it done 4 hrs early. 2) Explained everything in detail. 3) Was not pushy but gave a lot of good recommendations. 4) Fixed it fast and walked me through how to check and test the door. Would recommend them hands down and the tension on these springs can be bit dangerous if you are not familiar (like me). Mr colleague in the ER explained how these go wrong in the DIY sector all the time. Highly recommend

We ordered new Garage Doors with Belt Drive openers. Ron and his partner were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They arrived on-time and got right to work. The installation is very clean looking with both doors operating smooth and quiet. I was disappointed. All the service tech did was open the panel and make sure the gate opens and closes. I was expecting Mike to have two new remote devices with him and program those. If you charge for making a quote its not what I expected. I expected you to accomplish something.

Was unable to replace my broken springs. Accommodation repair was attempted and failed. Was promised refund from tech and Seattle manager which still has not posted to my credit card. We have received nothing more than a run around from their office. I do not recommend as they do not stand by their work.

Great experience with front office. Friendly gal and she set up an apptmnt for us within 2 days. The technician was on time and he did the work quickly. He was a bit grumpy and seemed irritated that I had a discount - initially actually challenging me on it - saying I didn't get one. After I persisted, he reviewed the notes on his laptop and said: "Oh... I see it now". It was fine other than that. Just a bit awkward...

Super happy with my new garage door opener and new garage door. Although the initial wait time for my door was rather long , it was worth the wait! Everyone at this company is super professional and they have awesome customer service which sometimes is very hard to find these days. Pricing was reasonable and came with a lifetime warranty. Would definitely recommend this company!
