Precision door was great through the whole process: the estimator was quick to respond and was able to place our order on the spot, all through the Covid-slowed delivery process we were kept informed, once our door arrived in Seattle, we had an installation date right away. Our household doesn't like to throw useful things away so we found a person via Craig's list who wanted our old door and Precision was great in making sure that all 3 of us could communicate and ensure that the old door found a new home. Finally, the installer showed up early, was very knowledgeable and polite, and the installation went off without a hitch. Oh, and the price was very fair. Highly recommend.
