Our garage door spring broke this morning and after getting everyone to work and school, I sat down to look for help. During my online search, I found Precision and remembered that I had them do work on the same garage door back in 2013. I called and was given several options for same day appointments from friendly operators. I received a text and email w/ the technician name and pictures (which I appreciated) and when Carl arrived, he told me that he noticed I was existing customer and was looking up my warranty information! I didn't even think about warranty as it's been years so I appreciate him looking up without my prompting. I was amazed that he would look into it w/o my prompting and even more amazed that my warranty covered my repairs! Carl was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and got everything fixed in no time. He turned what was a pretty terrible morning around with his service and great attitude. Happy customer for sure! Thank you!
