Extremely poor service. Only focussed on increasing the bill amount, instead of repairing the actual problematic part, they will force you to add 3-4 additional parts which don't even require a replacement.

I think there was a misunderstanding with the call center agent. I requested that the work be done today, I failed a pest audit at this location and needed the rodent seals installed immediately. Mike only came out to take an estimate.
I'm now going to miss my deadline to clear the audit exception. This is no fault of Mike's.
