I was disappointed that I was charged for the service because the garage door was not installed correctly. The bottom plastic sealer on the bottom of the door would not seal all the way and rodents could get in. I was under the impression that the plastic piece would "right itself" so I gave it more time than I should have to form the seal. Anyway, it wasn't the point I had to spend a $100 for the 10 minute service, but rather the principle that it was never done correctly so I figured it would've been under warranty. The technician was very nice and respectful. Just bummed that it wasn't included. THE TECHNICIAN HAD NOTHING TO DO W/ MY RATING. Respectfully, Tony Helgeson
