We discovered the problem in the early afternoon and didn't want to leave our garage door open over night. Purchase two garage doors. within 5 months the auto locks did not unlock and caused the doors to mis-align. Even though every thing (parts and labor) were still under warranty, I was still charged over $300 for 30 minutes work. They blamed it on user error since the locks worked after they re-aligned the doors. They had no proof this was user error and I had no proof they did not do anything else to repair just so they can make money. Not happy with them at all.

These guys suck. Made appointment to have garage door spring replaced. They were supposed to be here between noon and two o'clock. Never showed up and didn't even call to say they weren't coming. Needless to say I have someone else coming to fix it. Never seen such poor customer service ever!

Nathan installed a new add-on receiver to our existing Craftsman opener, to help us avoid radio interference coming from our new neighbor's unit (the other half of our duplex). We appreciated Nathan's explanation that cheaper DIY options exist, but we preferred to have professional installation. He urged us to call him directly if the interference problem persists.
