Daniel was wonderful. He was on time, courteous and worked faster than I had expected. He did a great job orienting us to our new garage doors/keypad/remotes. I love the product so far, it was so much easier to program the garage door opener on our cars than our old one. The garage door opener is much quieter and smoother now. I also really appreciated that we got periodic emails letting us know that my order was still being processed. I knew it would take a while due to supply issues, but getting that email to reassure me I wasn't forgotten gave me immense peace of mind.
