Hi There, I’d say as a client we need a bit more notice and direct communication from tech if he is coming by; also, when garage door installation day happens we need a few days notice. Got an email yesterday at 1140am saying that the garage needed to be prepped bc the technician was coming at 4-6pm. We had no previous notice or contact about this. I’d say just simply more communication and notice bf appointments. It would be best if the technician texted me at least 24-48 hours bf he plans to stop by. We are not home all the time and often working so need a bit more notice and details about what is happening and when. The appt yesterday was a surprise. Thanks, Amy Delachica

Kyle was great, punctual, called to clear his visit again and would have even made it earlier if I could have accommodated. He walked me through how and why it would be a good idea to get the springs replaced and gave me peace of mind in checking other parts of the garage. All in All best service experience I've ever had, garage, appliances, yard work etc.. I forgot to tip him so if you could for me that would be awesome!
