I had a great experience with this company!! Bryson Kahue fixed my garage door. The spring had come off and he had to order a few parts to fix it. My garage doors are very old. He did not pressure me into purchasing new garage doors. He ran it by me, but when I told him I wasn't interested he was very polite and new doors were not mentioned again. I have two separate garage doors and he even tightened up some things on my other door and he didn't even charge me. I'm a little late on writing this review, but I hope Bryson is recognized for his excellent customer service and his work!! If you're trying to decide on which garage door company to go with, I would definitely call Precision Garage Doors. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you again Bryson!!

Karlou had replaced frayed cables on my chain drive opener two weeks ago. He looked at my lift master opener on the other side which hasn't been working. He ordered a new board which he thought was the problem. He returned today and installed, still wouldn't work. So he said my $100 deposit would be refunded.
