Where to begin...
We had four manual door chain hoists installed at a commercial property earlier this year by Precision Door Services Seattle and have had bad experience after bad experience with their service(s).
The equipment installed by this company continues to fail time and time again even after their technicians have come out to make "repairs" on several occasions spanning over the last 6 months. Just this past month (June) we experienced TWO major failures which, as a small business, have caused great financial loss when we were forced to take matters into our own hands after their "24/7 emergency services" refused to offer any kind of support.
Operating a customer service oriented automotive shop, our overall experience using Precision Door Services has been less than ideal for our business model, as you can imagine. Especially when equipment is quite literally falling from the sky and damaging customer property.

Great results! My garage door was original and had lasted 24 years. Mike diagnosed springs still in good shape - problem was motor. He advised the type to purchase at Home Depot. Not to go too fancy- just what a tech challenged person needed.
He installed the new system and added the material at bottom to keep out light and critters. He cleaned up after the job was complete. I appreciated his recommendations and servicing. He noted my door in good shape - however new bearings and motor and lubricant where needed and the new one works great! Pleased customer. Thank you.

There may have been better, more efficient work done on a door in human history. Maybe on the vault doors at Fort Knox or on the door to the 5th dimension, but to be fair, I don’t know for certain that Nathan wasn’t responsible for the successful operation of those doors too.
