We had a repair to our garage door and,we were so impressed with the service and quality that we also selected this company to complete the installation of a new opener that we had been planning for. The techs are skilled, friendly, professional and observant of safety. They don't try to upsell you, and they give you tips to keep you door maintained. Great company! Fair pricing & quality work. Awesome. Bryson Is polite, does quality work. You can tell Bryson takes pride on what he does. Got the garage tuned up replaced 2 new garage door units and all of this done In just a few hours. He was also great at answering any concerns that I had and pointed thinks out that I was not aware of. Everything is as smooth as silk now and they open and close like they new with no gaps. Thank you!!!

The tech was Chris Thoennes and he arrived early and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I have had quite an unexpected change in life and am moving back to a condo that was destroyed by renters. Precision Door has been our garage door servicing company for 12 years, ever since they rebuilt our door hardware and installed new openers. The company is very responsive, and their technicians are very knowledgable. When we have called them for a door adjustment (we have wooden doors, which are known to be temperamental), they have always come out promptly and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Before using Precision, we used several other garage door companies, none of which were as good as Precision. Precision is not the cheapest, but they stand behind their products and their work, and that is worth paying a bit more for.
