My home warranty company recommended Precision, and I am so grateful for that referral. The initial diagnosis and repair proved too limited to deal with my aging garage door system and would have compromised my home security, but the Precision technician (Mr. Joseph) never stopped working to repair and replace the parts necessary to ensure I now have a system that meets code and should last for many years. He communicated the repairs needed to my home warranty contractor, and Precision honored my requests that I not be charged for equipment they initially installed but that did not work. Rest assured, I will turn to Precision again for regular maintenance of my garage-door systems. Thank you for your exemplary service and for the great technician dispatched to my door!

I called mid afternoon to see about getting our garage door fixed, as it was stopping about half way up. When I was told the technician could come out early that same evening, I was surprised. Justin came out, diagnosed the problem, and gave me fix options. We picked the option that made the most sense for us, and he efficiently corrected our issue. No high pressure up sell, or drama of any kind. Just courteous, and professional! Would definitely recommend Precision for any garage door needs!
