About mid-morning the main spring in one of our garage doors snapped. I called Precision and within 3 hours, Karlou arrived with the material and equipment needed for the repair. He carefully inspected the area requiring repair, explained what was required and provided a written estimate. I believed the estimate to be reasonable and authorized the work Not more than an hour later the job was complete. I found the work well done. I am most pleased and will highly recommend Precision of Seattle.
