Called three garage door companies but the first one's front desk help was not pleasant to talk to, the second one was fully booked and can do ours in three days. I called Precision and Kim who answered the phone was very accomodating and did not sound in a rush to answer my call, pleasant phone voice and courteous. The next day Ty, the technician called and came to check out and told me what he found needed to be done including the charges. He also jumps our car parked in the garage so it can be moved out.Ty Lennier and Kim are very good assets of the company. I will recommend this co. to my friends!!! I can't say enough good things about the service that we received from Nathan Williams. When the springs on our door broke at 5:00 PM Friday night Nathan came all the way from Monroe. He lowered our door and insured that it was locked that night and over the weekend. Once the required parts were available he quickly replaced the springs and gave us some valuable advice going forward. We genuinely appreciate the way he communicated with us throughout the process. We will definitely recommend and use Precision Door Service from now on.
