Great experience from quote to finished install! We needed a new garage door for our new home and Wes came out the day I called and gave us pricing right away after first checking if they could just fix the existing door (which we decided against). He found us a discounted door in stock and we got an appointment the next week! The installer, Chris, was super kind and efficient. He walked me through use and care before he left - overall super happy with Precision.

I am so pleased with the service I received from your company. I was able to get same day service which was wonderful. Nick was the tec who installed the new garage door opener. He called to let me know his previous job was taking longer and then called me again when he was leaving that job to come here. He could not fix the problem with my door opener. The unit has to be 35 years old so I had his install a new opener. He worked very hard and when he was done he went over all the details of the new one.He finished at about 7:15 and was on to one more job. Antonio was great!! While others could have taken a look tried a few things and said there was no way to fix the situation, Antonio used critical thinking and expert problem solving to figure out what to do. To say we were surprised and grateful would be an understatement. The door could only be addressed from the outside as there are no entrances to the garage other than a window that doesn’t omen. After getting the door open, Antonio identified loose bolts and a track that was out of alignment. He fixed everything and our door works great. He even showed us how to troubleshoot the situation if it happened again. If there’s an employee recognition program, he deserves to be acknowledged!!

Within hours, they were able to get a tech to my home to look at the issue, offer a temporary fix while a new part is ordered.
