I cannot say enough wonderful things about Precision Garage Door. I called in the morning and they were able to get a tech to my house within hours. Wesley was so helpful. He was knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t need. He went above and beyond to make sure my garage door could operate properly, while I wait for a part to be ordered. I’d highly recommend Precision to anyone who might need a new door or a repair.

I was able to make a next day appointment to have Precision come look at our broken garage door. Evan came out to the house right on time. After showing him the door, he explained to me that our garage door was an older model that is no longer up to code and he wouldn’t be able to repair it due to its age and the model and the building code. He quickly gave us a quote for a replacement door system and answered all our questions. He was very respectful, professional, and easy to work with. Overall I was very pleased with all aspects of service from Precision. 10/10.

Color originally ordered based on Amarr website availability was subsequently declared unavailable after order made to Amarr. Door took 6 months to arrive despite repeated silly emails stating "Our team has checked on your door and is still working around the clock." Every time I received one of those emails I envisioned employees twiddling their thumbs around the clock. Strongly suggest you rewrite the text in those emails--Everyone made me question my order. To get the color Amarr originally promised, I had to paint the door before installation. I'll never buy another Amarr door and will warn off friends and family. Perhaps you should rethink your relationship with Amarr. A vendor that will not live up to its own published promises make Precision look bad. Precision employees were great. Salesman at times hard to get a hold of. Ronald Greenman was great! So was Michelle.
