I called for service because the wire between the latches had snapped. I had bought the door in early 2019 and found it very difficult to open. A service call after the installation was unsatisfactory, being told basically to "live with it". Ronald and his trainee were very prompt and professional. They put on a new wire and did some adjustments and now the door opens and closes as it should have from day one. I was very pleased with the service this time.
