The company responded quickly to my on line request (through Yelp) and came the next day. They provided updates as to the arrival time, including a call from the tech. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem with the sensor and completed the inspection. He provided information for future replacement of the mechanism but in no way tried to pressure us that its something that would be needed in the near future. When it is time to replace the mechanism, we will reach out to Precision again.

Evan B was great! He called with an ETA and showed up on time. He researched the issue and explained what needed to be done. Installed a new belt drive garage door opener. Demo'd the new features and remotes. This opener is so much quieter than our previous chain drive model. Would highly recommend. Very happy with the response time and Evan's work.
