We were not requesting a repair, and there was no service for repair. We are looking to replace our broken garage door with a new door. Chris Wilde was very thorough, explained the details to us, e-mailed the quote to me, etc. Chris was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. We anticipate making our decision no later than Friday, May 7th.

Extremely impressed and happy with the repair job performed by Sean. The door came down hard yesterday and got jammed pretty bad. They got me an appointment first thing in the morning today and Sean showed up at the very start of their appointment window, did some acrobatics to get into the garage, and in under an hour replaced one torn cable and his aging friend, adjusted springs and opener, patched up the broken door panel, and had everything woking better than any day in the past 10 years. I am extremely impressed and happy by how easy he made this look when done (I couldn't force the door open for more than a few inches!). I should also mention how friendly both the phone scheduling and the technician (Sean) were. Highly recommended!

I had a bit of trepidation/resignation about this service, having had no experience with garage door replacement before and seeing so many unhappy client reviews on different company sites. Wes came on time (even offered me an early appointment), was consultative all of the way and transparent about what was wrong with my very old door and what to expect with a replacement. Ultimately, the estimate cost less than I was expecting (given the non-standard size and space) and I was satisfied with the outcome. He even adjusted my existing opener so that I could survive for the next couple of months while waiting for the custom order. Looking forward to a smooth install.

Please update this information. Today Matt installed two new doors purchased from Wes for my clients. This should read: Service: install two new garage doors Purchase: two new garage doors with keypad and remotes. I will tell you that Matt did an excellent job today under less than perfect conditions. He was prompt, courteous, cheerful and had a constant “Can Do Attitude”. He kept me informed of all the steps he was taking in the long process. He left the work area in better condition than when he started. My rating for Matt today is a 10. He is the best of the best.
