We have a non-verbal child with special needs. Eloping out the garage is an issue that is both terrifying and a safety issue. The hold down for three seconds to lock the garage door was mastered by our son. We called Precision door, who installed our doors originally, and asked if they could put key pads inside to secure our garage better. Both the technician I talked to on the phone and Bryson who came to our house listened intently and were very kind of our unique situation/request. I am not sure Precision fully comprehends the peace of mind they gave us by installing keypads so garages can only be opened with a code entered. Thank you so much.

My tech was Sean Mccoy, He was super friendly and quick! We asked y'all to come out and you were very timely and had good availability. We chatted a little bit about the options for our single panel garage door and Sean had in his possession garage door opener options to replace our old broken craftsman. Justin was very professional and took time to listen about the issues at hand. He let me explain without interruption as I showed him the failings of the mounts. Afterwards, Justin took the time and effort to show and explain corrections completed. During his explanation we had a discussion that the initial installation appeared to have not been done correctly. Based on comments, why am I having to pay $88 for a service call to fix the door when, had it been done correctly the first time, I wouldn’t of had to make a request for repair call?
