Kyle was great, punctual, called to clear his visit again and would have even made it earlier if I could have accommodated. He walked me through how and why it would be a good idea to get the springs replaced and gave me peace of mind in checking other parts of the garage. All in All best service experience I've ever had, garage, appliances, yard work etc.. I forgot to tip him so if you could for me that would be awesome!

The problem turned out to be loss of programming due to a power failure so the door wouldn't completely close. Chris reprogrammed the motor, so it works just like before the power failure and installed a surge protector to prevent loss of programming due to power failure in the future. Chris is very knowledgeable and personable. He did a great job explaining things to us. We are very pleased with the work Chris did.

I contacted Precision Door to get an estimate to replace a commercial garage door opener, and a separate estimate to replace both the opener and the door. Matthew Bennett was the salesperson. He said he would get the estimate(s) to me within a week. That was on March 5th. I nudged him by email last week. Nothing has been sent to me.

Annual safety inspection for two rollup doors and one slider, Mike showed up right on time as we were told he would, Mike was nice and friendly, completed the inspection quickly. Mike went over his inspection with me and offered a follow up quote for cable replacement on the slider door.

Craig also identified an error that my architect missed and adjusted the garage door order to compensate for that error. I have not done business with Precision doors before but Craig gives me high expectations.
