Fast response from the company, Bryson came out and quickly replaced the door springs and bearings. He didn't try to upsell anything, he was honest and thoroughly explained my options together with his recommendations. For my future garage door needs I will choose Precision.

Robert went way out of his way to make sure our garage got fixed as soon as he could, and he did it with utmost professionalism. We had to wait for approval from insurance to get the work done, and he came out the night we got approval, after normal working hours and after working a full day, to make sure our garage was back in business. When he came out to inspect our broken garage door opener, he explained in detail all the issues he would address and why, and when he installed the new one explained all the features of the new opener and walked us through set up. Can't recommend him more.
