We had a broken spring on our garage door on the weekend & called on Saturday & got an appointment for later Monday. Robert, our technician, gave us a couple of options & prices with & without new side bearings. We went with replacing all bearings along with the springs. He explained about the springs being narrower & longer, why the bearings might need to be replaced. He showed us our old bearing from one side that made noise when you shook it & the new one was quiet. Robert's knowledge of the product & ability to explain the use of each product was excellent. We are very pleased with our service & will recommend your company to our family, neighbors & friends.

I felt that my sales rep, Chris, was friendly and low key and gave me good information to help me choose a suitable door. Both of the techs who came out, one for the temporary repair and Matt to do the install were on time, knowledgeable, and glad to answer questions. And just all around nice folks. The door took a long time to arrive, which was expected and discussed due to supply chain issues. Communication regarding an expected delivery date was not always prompt. In the end, I feel I have a quality product at a fair price, well installed.
