I am very happy with the installation and service of my new Genie belt drive opener and the awesome installer Duchaum Joseph. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional and it is vey apparent he loves his job. He replaced my old opener with a new quiet, belt driven Genie. He walked me through everything thing he did, explained the maintenance I need to do going forward, made sure everything worked and happily answered all my questions and did a great job cleaning up and hauling away my old unit. The entire transaction was friendly, fast and better than expected. I highly recommend Duchaum!!

Well, you guys fixed the issue and put up with me on the phone, so five stars. Tech was polite, knowledgeable, and saw the job to the end. In fact, the tech saw a flaw in one of the new springs and made sure it was replaced with a better one. On Saturday our wireless keypad stopped working for some unknown reason. Austin Kephart (per my email confirmation) or Bryson Kahue (per name at bottom of this review) was excellent in getting my keypad reprogrammed to work properly. service was great, tech arrived on time, first part of appoint. listened to what issues i had, was able to fix our existing opener, and provide quotes for replacement opener for us to think about. tech was polite, informative, clean, wore his mask the entire time. D J did a fantastic job of replacing the bottom seal on my garage door. He also replaced the vinyl trim on the outside on the garage itself. He was very helpful on how to maintain good function of the door and safety functions. Very pleased. Quick service too.
