It wasn't a spring repair, it was to correct the remote controls so that both my garages, upper and lower wouldn't open at the same time, which meant I would have to manually close the upper one when I left, because it would open with the remote, but wouldn't close. Austin corrected that problem and lubed the springs.

Our installer Nikolai called to let us know when he left the office and when to expect him and was there exactly on time as scheduled. There was an issue with the garage door fitting exactly due to the building being old and the cement flooring not perfectly level but he talked to us about different options to make sure it was installed as best as it could be.
