About a year ago, Austin installed a motor, etc. Which allowed me to park my car in my garage. I was so pleased with his work, I requested him to complete a tune up in my 3 car garage; the larger garage was noisy. He lubricated & made some adjustments & all is normal
I only wish I had bought my garage doors last year from Precision. I was disappointed in company I used.

The service provided was exceptional. Durham arrived on time and quickly determined the problem with our garage door jamming. There was a hairline crack at the center of one of the sections that caused the center of the door to sag and bind in the tracks, I mention this as it wasn't an obvious problem yet he found the issue and provided a fair estimate to repair it. He also gave me some tips on maintaining the door hinges and screw drive and recommended a surge arrester be put on the motor (by myself) which can help avoid future issues. We're very happy with the service provided and will recommend Precision Door to anyone needing prompt garage door service at a reasonable price performed by knowledgeable technicians.

Kyle was sent in response to a Sunday evening emergency call. In addition to replacing the springs he also discovered why the door "crashed" after we had driven into the garage and activated the closer motor. The teeth on the closer gear had failed.
We were impressed with his professional approach to the problem and his explanation as to what he was doing and why.
