We were very impressed with Precision Door. Two garage door brackets broke with the door in an open position and the weather was getting colder. Immediately after talking with Kimmy, she was able to schedule Nathan for service in 4-5 hours. He called me upon completing another job and gave me an estimate on his arrival time, which was actually an hour earlier. He made the necessary repairs quickly and effectively. He inspected everything and gave me great tips about maintaining our garage door. For any future garage door needs, I'll be calling Precision!

Sean was great. He was scheduled in the noon-2pm time slot. He called to say he was running early and was here at 11am. He diagnosed the problem in short order and commenced fixing the problem. Sean did a number of things (tightening up, adjusting, etc.) in addition to dealing with the core problem. He work on our door and opener for an hour, then discussed issues to be aware of, such as rollers wearing our, spring age and life expectancy. He also informed me about the possibility of doing an overall overhaul when the spring craps out and sent me a quote for that project. Sean clearly knows his stuff, we was pleasant and efficient. When our spring does give out I would be happy to have Sean come back to do the overhaul he detailed. Finally, making contact online and arranging a time for Sean to come out was a simple, efficient process.

Nikolai did a great job in professional installing my garage door. He was very thorough in explaining to me how to use the overhead features. My sales person Chris Thoennes did a great job also on the sales end, but I was disappointed in his follow through in not writing down on the paperwork as needed that I needed to jack shaft motors. I also was not told that I needed to electrical outlets on each end of my garage door. These 2 missed portions of the process were disappointing as the first tech was not able to complete the job due to insufficient paperwork that didn’t include the proper parts. The only other disappointing part of the process was that the 2nd garage door opener did not work & I was told by the installer that another tech will need to come out to program a new remote. I also have questions about the Precision Door warranty that Chris promised. He initially sold me Precision Door branded equipment, but it was changed to Liftmaster. When asked after the installation of the warranty was still in place, the tech was not certain on if it was due to the LiftMaster parts installed.
