I have Precision come out once a year for preventative maintenance on my garage door opener. I consider this equipment one of the most important things in my home. Having the moving parts inspected & oiled is a must do every year. Jake Baldwin did an excellent job. He checked everything & made sure all the bolts were tight & that everything was oiled. I am confident I will get through another year with a perfectly working stress free garage door opener. Precision is lucky to have a tech like Jake Baldwin. He was more than competent & very personable. See you next year Precision! Thank you for another great service call!

I called and the person I was talking to dispatched Jeff who called me almost immediately to let me know he was on his way and to get more info on the issue. Karlou came out the same day I called - I was stunned at how fast Precision was able to get out to my house! We figured out my problem most likely was a new Router I had installed was probably the reason for my garage door issue. He didn’t charge me anything! Gave me his card and suggested I call him back if the reprogramming didn’t fix the problem. I was very happy with Katlou and will call Jim back if the problem still persists!!!

Daniel arrived on-time and was very efficient in installing our new garage door and openers. He was extremely friendly / courteous and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was completed.
