Nicholas came and did an inspection of the door. He pointed out what he had found and I agreed with his assessment and he proceeded to work. After completion he showed us what he did and everything seemed fine so we signed off. Later that evening we used the garage and the door jumped out of the track. Nicholas returned the next day and did a thorough review of things and proceeded to fix it. He was very meticulous and put a lot of thought into the problem, and it is now fixed. The guarantee on the work was so valuable, and he made good on fixing the problem. We are satisfied with the work and the service.

JP came to the job on time and listened to what I was trying to accomplish and ways to maximize my budget. Unfortunately, the set up couldn't be completed with the Genie company server being down for the wifi. He asked me to call when this was working again so he could come back and help me finish it up. The server was finally fixed in the evening so I didn't call him back. When I called the next day, he was angry and ended the call by saying he didn't work 24-7. As a confused customer I was not told when to call back and the parameters around that. I had to call back and had them send a different technician to help me. There are many options out there for garage door companies to install. Something to keep in mind.
