We will eventually need a new door but we're not ready to spend. Nicholas diagnosed our problems: tired out components and heavy old wooden door. He took time to explain the what and the why and he sent an estimate pretty quick so we are prepared when the whole thing gives out. I like Precision's style: real mechanics and real service.

I’m very pleased with my garage door installation from Precision. My old wooden door had pretty much rotted and needed to be replaced.

Oiling the hinges on my garage door, which took all of 5 minutes, should not have been deemed a tune-up adding an additional $89 to my bill. I was very shocked and told him so.

The speed at which he safely worked was impressive. When he finished installing our new opener, he left our garage cleaner than he found it. Robert made sure I understood how to use the new remote openers and the Wi-Fi app on my phone prior to leaving.
