I called Precision as garage door wouldn't close....bolt fell out, etc. I was told Cris would be my repairmnan, and he could come today betwen Noon and 2:00. Cris called and was here in 40 minutes. I had neighbor with me who is knowldgeable,, and felt as I did that Cris was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained all that was wrong and needed to be done, along with an estimate. I asked for AARP discount, as I am a widow on fixed income and belong to AARP. He gave me that credit which I greatly appreciated.
When the work was donw, Cris tested it with my remote as well as garage wall switcho....all worked fine. I was especially pleased with his honesty and calmness while working......very confident in knowing his work. thank you....and I had Precision install the door new, and will always call only Precision!
